PRODUCT REPAIR POLICY

You have 1 (one) year limited warranty against material or workmanship from original date of purchase. Please submit your request using our automated RMA System.

We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for repair or exchange.

1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.

3. We will review your request within 2 business days, do not send you item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is processed. If you haven't received an RMA # within 24 business hours, Please log in to our system to check the status of your request.

4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA system-generated packaging slip and proof of purchase. We will be unable to repair any items unless a proof of purchase is submitted and verifies that it is within our repair policy. Ship your item.

5. You can monitor the status of your return (24 x 7) by logging into our website.

If the defective product is determined to be covered under this warranty, it shall be repaired or replace at manufacturer's discretion without charge, provided that the product must be returned with proof of purchase to the dealer and freight prepaid. This warranty shall not apply to damage due to accident, negligent use, lack of maintenance, abuse or applications other than the specific function the product is designed for.

An item must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
